For more information, see the compatibility list below.] The NETGEAR Up app makes it easy and intuitive to setup and use your new NETGEAR Nighthawk router. With the Up app, connect your mobile device to your router network, launch the app, and the app walks you through the installation process. The app automatically updates your router to the latest firmware, allows you to personalize your wifi network, and even helps register your router with NETGEAR. At the end of installation, an easy to use overview provides a quick way to see what your network credentials are so you don’t have to write it down on a piece of paper. The overview also displays all the devices connected to your network and links you to helpful support information related to your router.
